This is good news.
The focus (like @bobadah said) is now on net zero, renewables and battery storage, which should be a priority with the incoming government comprising extra greens and teal independents.

There has been past opposition to this project by first nation indigenous groups but it's a two-way street. Yes we'll be disturbing the land and using some water but there will also be job opportunities and community benefits. And once in production plenty of $ to share around.
