Yes good job team FAR.

Managed to tick over 6bn shares on the register.

And most importantly they manged to raise at a multi year low share price despite a strong general stock market and a healthy Oil Price and also SNE is as derisked and progressed as it ever has been!

Discount offered for the shares was nearly 5% on the 30 day wvap and there will be 3-4% fees paid to Bell Potter off the $45m, so probably banking net $43m.

FAR did an excellent job promoting the company in the lead up to the cap raise. Lots of recent presentations & announcements on the value of SNE, the exploration prospects FAR has etc etc.

Maybe the 'CNOOC AMI' should have been reworded 'FAR M.I.A.'

How anyone is happy with a 15% raise at multi year lows particularly when the FAR shareprice has performed poorly compared to just about anything else (ASX300, POO, CVN, STO, WPL etc etc) is beyond me.
