The placement would appear all prior placed from the time it took and the announcement just a formality.
Whether it was cheap shares for mates due to the large discount, or issues with mining would be eventually revealed need to be questioned with the company losing creditability with their continual bullish announcements on how good things are going.
Lets see how long until the next placement and price.
