PPS What I hate is not getting a piece. Is the following correct: From the latest release 8.07% was the dilution. If 15% new stock is the limit without an EGM/AGM does that leave 6.93% as a possible retail placement? (Because I'm no fan of having my stake diluted too, which I believe is the gist/meaning of nonamea's ire, not "progress.")
