Worrying about POSCO and a potential upgrade of the size plant rhey want seems risky to me.
If there is to be a trigger, it has to be the plant in Canada. It has to move well ahead this year.
It is the most advanced plant we have, other than our demonstrator, and it needs to commercially tick all of the boxes and get shovels in the ground. Its the beacon for us to others to prove a large company can see it will work. If it makes dollars it makes sense.
