I'm certain Nina and team have made it clear a while ago to all interested parties (and there are a few) that Dimerix intend to take DMX-200 until at least Phase 3 interim readout before agreeing to any licencing agreement.
As @NZ Trader stated above, it puts DXB in a stronger negotiating position and will maximise returns for shareholders. Nina has communicated more than once that "the later the deal is done, the better the return will be for Dimerix and shareholders"
