So the underwriters have 16.2 million D2O shares that they need to find a home for - this is a huge overhang which surely means short term price pressure until a home can be found for these shares. Hopefully there are some insto's that are keen to take advantage of the liquidity to build a meaningful holding.
From D2O's perspective, it's great news that they have raised the full $44 million sought.
