Not sure if 45% retail take-up of offer is a strong showing or not.
For me, I couldn't work out whether the offer was accretive or not, so I sat this out. I had recently extended holding anyway, at a higher SP just before the announcement.
Did not see this raise coming!
I will explore the wholesale investor route to see if there are any advantages to that, but I know from other interests that I can expect less time to make up my mind, which could be a good thing in some respects.
