I stand by what I said at the start of this capital raising the share price in the short term was always going to be rocky, money is tight and 44mil is ambitious. People always get spooked if the full value isn’t raised and I feel like it is unrealistic to expect the full 40 mil to be filled so easily.
What we know The book value vs shares is undervalued
The demand for their product is there
The company has made smart choice and managed well in the past
The weather indicators are marginally pointing to less than average rainfall
This isn’t the fanciest smickest slickest deal that has ever gone down on the asx but it is new water and a guaranteed lease.
we all lack the crystal ball.
