Perhaps RR thinks that the share issue was a gift to us and we should be thanking him?
The “legal speak” in these documents is often convoluted. This is the way I read what has occurred.
1) The CR is all over- there are no outstanding matters / shares to be issued.
2) The CR was taken up at circa 50% +.
3) Of the 50% of taken up Entitlement shares, those shareholders, on average, took up an additional 50% or so more shares than their entitlement. That is very bullish, in a way.
