The CR is not all over because Rox has approx. $1.5m in shares + options to place within the next 2 months (ASX timeframe).Do you really think that those shares won’t be snapped up at 16.5 cps + options after the PFS?
Of course they will and that means that the issue will be fully taken up without paying 15% for underwriting.
We will find out very soon if Hawke’s Point’s holding has changed but I have no doubt that they took all the shares + options available to them.
Smart retail holders did the same.
