Rox have raised $6.2m and have a right to place any shortfall which is approx. $1.5m and which will be taken up in the near future imo. For a non-underwritten rights issue and before the PFS, this is a great outcome, over 80%, I can’t recall any non-underwritten rights issue that have achieved this in recent history.Changes to substantial holdings > 1% must be announced to the market within 2 business days so look for Hawke’s Point taking their allocation and it will be interesting to see if Venus Metals did.Next we have the PFS which has clear potential to re rate RXL
