Just coming from another stock where a sudden wave of possibilities came across me after i read this post (33463051).where the chinese have supplied parts of poorest africa with satellite tv!
The chinese are making huge plays into poorest parts of africas mineral rich lands and in doing so are working with government to lift the living standards of those in extremely remote areas.
I dont know jack about political relations, but maybe the chinese could back us to launch these birds as its a win win. They also need the comms, and it would be seen as a monster step in lifting the living standards of all africans.
Might be talking crap, i dont know but it works on all levels for all parties.
