Not being rude, but what do you mean by stingy? Do you feel that $11.40 is a bad price, or that the 3 for 37 is not enough? Or do you think that some free oppies on the side would have been better? TBH, I think the deal works well for me, especially given the deal they have negotiated with the state government. It will only add value going forward. I'm happy as a pig in s$&t buying at $11.40 next week with no brokerage, although I do expect a slight pullback in the very short-term given shares bought henceforth aren't eligible for the placement.
