Obviously the more contact they received, the more they interested in the case.

My significant gripe is we were not informed from the onset that "ground conditions" would ultimately blow the hole that these guys have blown. Were we adequately informed at any point in time that these delays would cause a material impact to a $360mil fixed delivery contract?

As others have rightly stated ground conditions is the starting pointing, not the ending point.
