At present there are some 638.5M ALL shares outstanding. The Retail offer should increase this by 31.1M shares and the Institutional offer by 21.4M shares, roughly. So in total, if all entitlements are taken up, new shares outstanding will be 691 M. Hence to keep ratio you presently have with your shareholding you will need another 8.2% more shares than you have now. You will get 1 new share entitlement for every 20.56 you presently have, about 4.86%, so then you would need to go on market to buy the other 3.34%. Hope this helps you.
