This is biotech, one must allow for these opportunities to invest at a discount . I will be taking up the offer even though the current SP is at a discount to the offer, reason been that the options must have some value.
The risk is that the options may not be in play however they represent the opportunity to make substantial short term profit as one rebalances there portfolio to comfortably levels.
