It is only a guess but I am guessing with all the shares issued because of Cirrus some retail holders are selling and institutional investors are buying. I say this because in the recent offer the participation rate for institutions so was high I am guessing shortfall allocation was probably over subscribed.

so I am guessing the institutional investors that missed out are buying the shares that cirrus retail investors are selling.

if not that it could be the value is so far below the recent coverage that is out there. However not sure that aligns with timing, I personally do not understand why the share price is so low given the consistent performance etc. especially when I compare it to some of the other companies and there performance etc. All coverage I have read all have it well above $1.
