Retail holders had the chance to buy at the same price as institutions this time around. You should want a company to raise at a small discount not a bigger one. A five year view on this will prove $1.25 very cheap. Just IMO.
Apart for some savvy acquisitions this should be the last tine this company raises money. A long term golden opportunity.
