re: Ann: Successful completion of institution... It makes it very easy for large share holders who pay 4cents to double their money and when the share price drops again reinvest and the ups and downs of these shares continue in favor of directors and major shareholders. Obviously stuff the small share holders who have lost alot to the big boys games.
