I hate it when companies scale back. They are offering we are buying why on earth would they reject our money. NAB did this last year only the large holders got their monies worth all the small holders got scaled back. I sent them $30K they sent me back $2K worth of shares and a $28K cheque.
Anything below NVX's price before the trading halt is good value IMO
