this announcement is carefully worded and very precise. But unless you know the implications all it does is alert you to the q1 22 trial to get to the FDA. For most punters I would imagine they see that as too long for a spec biotech and are happy to wait.
I do feel that the really smart money will just keep accumulating, so best each of us hold our shares close and they will be forced to pay up.
I have also been involved in many announcements which are seemingly ok but the market marks the sp down. At least that did not happen, and the sp is actually up quite a bit from the 13.5c a few weeks ago.
