Price was clearly manipulated down at end of session, but sluggish market made that an easy exercise.

The announcements during the first half of the year were concentrating on forward looking funding arrangements, investor and partnering talks.
Then it all fell silent after the Oppenheimer Summit, the share price had its low.
To top things off, CNS and other pipelines do not even get a mention anymore, which inforces my view that we might be nearing
a licence deal with a partner for everything outside ocular.

This is traded as if to expect a TO, very typical, bears all the hallmarks.

In my above mentioned scenario, we would be coming close to such events as we give CNS and other pipelines to our partners for
a price, while we explore further ocular programs.

CNS candidate reveal was supposed to be end of the year, we are close.
In my view, that could trigger the partner to come forward. Today's milestone news would have been the
prerequisite for such a deal.
