was wondering the same thing when i read the ann
guessing it costs alot of money to run that plant out in the middle of no where on diesel generators.
judging by the number of cars parked around in the photos, you'd assume they'd all be on a hefty contract wage as well
interesting question would be whether or not the production of LCE over that time period could fund its operational costs since its already established.... guessing not since its being shut down --- also brings into question the life cycle & quantities & costs of the beads they use
