I think there is accumulation, and it won’t be exhausted, unless bad news appears. The market will pay higher, but above 10c, it’s 0.5c increments. Imho, it will be accumulated around the current price until something material justifies a push above 10c. We just need the expectation of material news to persist, because it’s winding up to go bang when it happens, I think.
