Its pretty clear the level of DD done by most small cap public investors these days is near enough zero... Need one say more, when a choice broker report of said company - sitting on their own site - alludes to 60% of the value of a company being attributed to bogus franking credits - and no one bats an eyelid... If you removed them the target price is literally 60 cents... Its still on their site, as we speak - despite all this.
