    How long does it take for major shldrs to have their updated holdings announced?

    I'd like to know which ones supported the institutional raising?

    It's concerning the timeline horizon appears to be growing, Blue may have the stuff, what will it really take to get it to market?

    Can they do it without ARROW (Shell/Petrochina) joining in?
