Overall I am more satisfied with this deal than the last, but not by much.
The positives for me is that the Lind Partners debt will be extinguished. This should put an end to the ongoing selling that has been driving down the share price since they were involved.
There also appears to be a changing of the guard at the top, which could be a good thing, depending on who they get to fill the new position.
From the negative point of view we have had a further dilution of the share price at 4.5 cents and the amount of capital raised at $8Mil is smaller than I had hoped.
I hope that after this announcement the share price will form a base. From there I hope positive announcements of future sales will follow, leading to future growth in the share price. Only time will tell.
