When this company will start delivering (profitability) and stop raising money?

I guess they needed more money to pay big fat salaries of those management and board!  

Isn't it amazing that 12 months ago they raised money at 24 cents, and now they are raising at 6 cents!

Teohs sold their shares (@ 29 cents if I recall) to Acorn who was supposed to be a strategic investor? (haha!!)  Check out that sugar coated ASX announcement!

I might be wrong, but is this the same Utiliico who was a major shareholder at Transaction Solutions International (ASX:TSN) and kept dumping shares on market and smashed it?
