IMO, the management must know we are still a speculative stock and will depend on many more stages to de-risk and the management should have done a CR when the share price was higher. I understand we have low total share volume and that they should have known about their cash-flow come 6 months or 1 year later. G88 have low share volume but if we do hit jackpot and decided to built the plant and go into production, further CR might be needed as the cost to built the plant won't be cheap as we have seen with CLQ and Cobalt Blue.

Management for many speculative mining stock should do a CR when the momentum of the SP is high and watch their future cash flow. Let hope we do hit a jackpot soon and until then we can only hope.
