i think the point you missed, is the fact that the company was approached by Daniel and Hongmen to cornerstone.....additionally, they were approached by a group via Fresh, and, the directors also threw in.....it was not a raise instigated by the board.....and...i am perfectly comfortable with it.....
nobody can expect a young company to expand with no money....and....i suspect, the entry of Hongmen may be a precursor to possible introductions in the Asian market.....i certainly wouldnt want to see SIS front possible business proposition's with our pockets hanging out....
you are correct....they did not NEED to raise, but took the opportunity when offered cash....why wouldnt you?
