There seems to be a lot of black and white thinking going on here. The decision to raise money is not a simple case of doing so only when you absolutely needing to raise (or you are out of business), but one of what you can do with the money. What I want to see is SIS grow the business, not have them scraping along for the next 6 months just to avoid a raise.
Let’s focus on what SIS can now do that they couldn’t do before and let’s look forward to them growing the business and the SP.
