This should have been announced yesterday on the open as this was done on the 16th.. Stock should have stayed in halt until today as don't think very ethical that some peeps bought over 2 billion shares not knowing that a raising was been done @0.00085 with oppie so 15% discount . I am positive a lot of the trades would not have taken place yesterday had the market be informed that the raise had taken place.
