Both things can be correct, dilution is bad however we have a lot of potiental in our prospects and unfortunetly we need money to explore them. a lot of long term holders were mostly likely expecting a cap raise of around 3-2c given this companies history and quite happily surpised to see a reasonable price set and cash in return.
adding this to the ltr deal and cash already on hand, we have a very high chance to boost our sp significantly before needing to refund cash.
