Benson that's because it doesn't matter. New shares have been priced in the moment the announcement was made hence the significant and over exaggerated drop in the share price.

The fact that new shares are on the market next week doesn't mean the share price will be lower whatsoever. Markets price the future hence why you have things like a PE ratio etc.

I doubt the share price will drop any lower and therefore it's a good entrance time if anyone plans on entering TPG. The share price will surely be above $6 in the coming days
