OK, I looked for numbers
* 33,734,917 was the last change in substantial holding notice I could see[1]
* so they would be issued 33,734,917 / 2.5 = 13,4939,66 (rounded down, I assume) under the offer
* the institutional offer was taken up by "approximately 97%" of holders[2], leaving 3% of 55,719,386 [3] = 1,671,581 (rounded down) more for them
* and "approximately 11.1 million" more left over from the retail offer[4]
So 33,734,917 + 13,4939,66 + 1,671,581 + 11,100,000 = 60,000,464. AYS will have "approximately 295,110,421" shares trading tomorrow[3], so the Germans will have just a peep over 20% of AYS tomorrow.
