Yep we’re not dealing with a speculative micro-cap any longer, market cap has been $100m+ (mostly) for a while now and the raising + reasonably strong share price places her nearer the $200m mark.

I agree @Thanky that it’s safe to assume the company ex cited the “one for six” allocation and it’s most likely that lots of punters scanned the docs and thought “what’s the point?” But I’m assuming that would have been mostly smaller holders as larger holders are more likely to be paying attention and see the value on offer.

The size of the overhang seemed way larger than I would have expected but maybe I’ve totally misread the room.
