I though this from the prospectus was interesting (particularly the bolded text). I only read it late in the process.
"The Directors reserve the right to scale back any applications for Additional New Sharesin their absolute and sole discretion." ... "the Directors may take into account a number of factors,including the size of the Applicant’s shareholding in the Company, the extent to which theApplicant has sold or bought Shares in the Company before and after both theannouncement of the Entitlement Offer and the Record Date, as well as when theApplication was made. The Board will exercise its discretion in the interests ofShareholders, but will scale back applications, inter alia, to the extent required byapplicable laws and policy, and to allow WSA to maintain up to a 19.9% shareholding inthe Company on issue of the Shortfall in respect of the Retail Entitlement Offer."
