Like you I bought at $.90, $0.88, $0.83, $0.845 & now $$0.80. Eventually, I will get it right right !!!
It's the same company that the instos ponied up $0.85 a share for a few weeks back. There has been no news to change the the company specific picture.
On my version of Piotroski's F-score, based on their 2020 results, EHL is an 8 out of 10. EHL missed out on two points. They issued shares and their book value increased by a bigger percentage than their sales per share did. Still, 8 out of 10 is a good score in my book..
Piotroski's F-Score is not a value measure per se, rather it scores the direction of various fundamental measures. Or in other words, it is a form of quality measure that scores the momentum of fundamentals. The F-score was originally devised as quality measure to separate the sheep from the goats in high book value shares. It works best on smaller stocks. With a book value of $0.93, EHL certainly qualifies as a high book value stock. In any case, It has been shown subsequently that the F-score is a useful measure more broadly than just with high book value stocks.
