’Eligible Retail Shareholders may also apply for New Shares in excess of their Entitlement up to a maximum of 50% of their Entitlement (Additional New Shares). Nickel Mines intends that 50% of the New Shares not taken up by Eligible Retail Shareholders will be available under this ‘top-up’ facility (Available Additional New Shares), and the balance will be allocated to sub- underwriters.’
