Yes I would believe so. my understanding of underwriting is to pick up any additional left overs. ie the 3 mill to make up the 15m intended.
I think it's a good result given the state of the world. But obviously would have been much better seeing an oversubscribed offer.
I couldn't take up the additional shares within my super but will hopefully get all outside of super.
