Chatting with my good mate last week and I said it's almost odds on
that we will go into a TH or have a big ANN about 4 days before the vote starts.

Bill knows how to get a deal over the line. Surely it's likely that the Woodlawn Life of Mine and drill results (50+ due) are combined
and are released to max effect for the SP just before the vote.

There's a lot of crystal balling going on here but I have more faith in the facts.

1. The ESS takeover will happen. Chris, Bill and the ESS board all WANT this and they basically control it.
2. Woodlawn starts producing Copper and zinc when Copper gets to $9500 within 6-12 months. This is what the CR was for!
3. MinRes are seeking an UG miner for their UG lithium development and as MinRes is a shareholder in DVP then it's a fact that
DVP may well have a good shot at the contract.
4. Don't forget the MAC and they may well need our expertise.
5. The many enquiries that Bill has fielded recently surely must see us with at least 1 more UG contract.
6. SS will start producing in 12-18 months.
7. Once we have cash in the bank from Woodlawn and more from BGL then we will buy another asset, if not earlier as
Bill has shown he will offer up scrip to buy a small miner and he could do it again in the next 12 months.

There is so much to be positive about but currently, the SP will be flat for a year unless a major ANN or material TH is announced.

Copper could go to $10,000 and if we see a rush to Copper, then yes M&A potential could see us bump, but that's ifs and maybes at this stage.

Becoming very rich is not usually luck but incredibly hard work over many years. I think that will be Bill, between now and 2028.
