Cardless cash is already being used at some RSL clubs, they are still full of pokie players. You just put the money onto the card, then the card in the machine with your PIN. If you collect, you put the card in the machine to collect your cash. It is not much different to using cash, you just feed the cash into the card machine, rather than into the poker machine.
The underwriter dumping shares makes sense for the low share price. At least it is just a supply and demand issue, fingers crossed it is the lastcross wind
