That is dissapointing. I thought they would at least get a 30-40% take up of retail, but yeah Miller has not inspired any confidence among retail shareholders
They will get around $1.4 mln from the R&D rebate which takes them up to $5.3mln.
If they get an OEM deal, it wont matter.
At least dilution was limited.
Miller was told a while ago the company needs new buyers, he hasnt sold the company to new investors, and he cannot keep relying on current retail shareholders, they are tapped out and to be frank tired of him.
Justin Miller it is time to go. Just leave.
