what a load of rubbish. When instos got to bid their 43c offer it was a 30% discount to market price of circa 60c. When retail got their right to buy under offer it was at a 10% premium to market price. If it was still a 30% discount then retail would have been fully subscribed
Flip it and ask would instos pay a 10% premium to market price or choose to either not buy or buy on market for cheaper…..we all know the answer to that.
