The only investors that were going to sell this at the bottom were those that picked them up in the placement through one of the two broker underwriters - they didn't make their quick profit so dumped it. No overhang from the retail entitlement as WHSP took the whole shortfall and those that took up their entitlement were the true believers and won't be selling anytime soon.
Should get back to 15c by NYE.
