I would have to agree the retail take up was very low/horrible IMO, but as @Sashweed I think overall very successful as the institutional investors went all in and retail was underwritten. I am sure they are very happy with that results, retail investors are never going to participate when a raise is at a premium. The professionals will however if they support and see it as the only way to get a high volume of shares, which they must have in this case.

The real test will be now how they use the funds, @rajkume not sure about the capex comment as don't think they are capital intensive. However if you mean the money they are spending on acquisitions then I agree, they will need to slow down as they can't generate the dollars to sustain the current level. However operationally they are cash flow positive from everything provided to market to date.
