I have taken note thatTembo now holds 32+% of TNC I believe they are long/medium term vision. They will want the mine built and running. They operate in the mining space. 10.23% of TNC shares are in Regal Funds Management ( held for UBS, Merril Lynch, Morgan Prime and HSBC. Any sale of either Tembo shares or Regal shares will need to be reported. So, now 42.86% of TNC is held by Tembo & Regal Funds. Regal DOES do short selling but neverthelesss will need to report any changes. In short there is now multiple interest in seeing TNC succeed and none of the above would have gone anywhere near it if they did not think this will work....IMO. Add to that whatever the board owns and I suspect well more than 50% of TNC ownership is tied up. I am going to ignore the down-rampers and nay sayers and pray to God that I am correct
