sure everyone would prefer to have bought low - but that's in the past , it's history
but now, if you make an unnecessary decision to sell 'now' you can incur more unnecessary tax
note I'm not saying I know where WEB SP is going, although I expect it is good value on expected future earnings IMO i.e my buy sentiment
but what I am saying is that a low past purchase price should not compel you to sell
