I have no doubt your analysis of the current situation is of one based rational and good insights. But UK shale is one that is guilty until proven (right from the start it has been politicized by the Greens and other parties). We can't take anything for granted with UK shale until the drill bit hit the ground.
No doubt those who didn't buy in this CR will miss the sp jump IF green light is given but it is also a big risk if it is not.
